Manage active sessions

Monitor and control the devices that are currently logged into your Harmony account.

To access these settings, go to User preferences > Sessions.

Note: These settings are global. Ending a session here will log that device out of all your Harmony workspaces.

What is a session?

A "session" represents a specific browser or device that has authenticated access to your account.

  • Starting a session: Happens when you log in with your email and password or via SSO.
  • Active session: Means the device is "remembered" and you don't need to log in again.
  • Ending a session: Revokes that device's access, forcing a logout.

Monitoring your devices

This page lists every device currently connected to your account. Use this information to verify that only you have access.

Each session card displays:

  • Device Type: (e.g., Apple iPhone, Windows PC, Mac).
  • Browser & OS: The software used to access Harmony.
  • IP Address: The network location of the device.
  • Last Active: When the device last communicated with Harmony servers.

Revoking access

If you see a device you don't use anymore, or if you forgot to log out from a public computer, you can end the session remotely.

End a specific session Click the End Session button on the right side of any card in the "Other Sessions" list. That device will be immediately logged out.

End all other sessions If you want to ensure your current device is the only one with access, click the red End All Other Sessions button. This is the fastest way to secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access.

Security best practices

Check this list regularly Make it a habit to review your sessions once a month to ensure no old devices (like a phone you sold or a laptop you returned) still have access.

Spotting suspicious activity Be on the lookout for:

  • Unfamiliar locations: An IP address from a country you aren't in.
  • Unknown devices: A "Windows PC" when you only use Macs.
  • Recent activity: A session active 50 minutes ago when you were asleep.

Security Tip: If you see a session you do not recognize, click "End Session" immediately, and then go to the Profile tab to change your password.
