Manage your public profile

Configure information that's visible to other people in your workspace, like a short bio and your preferred remote-meeting platform.

To open this tab, click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar → User preferencesPublic. These settings are stored on your user account and are shared across all your workspaces.

Profile bio

Use the Bio field to add a short description of yourself (up to 500 characters). It appears on your public profile inside Harmony.

Useful things to put in a bio:

  • Your role and team.
  • Areas of expertise or current focus.
  • Time zone or typical working hours.

Preferred Communication Platform

The Preferred Communication Platform picker lets you tell teammates which video-conferencing platform you typically use for remote calls (for example Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams). It is purely a hint shown on your profile — Harmony does not use it to route or schedule meetings on your behalf.

Saving changes

Edits aren't saved automatically. After updating your bio or your preferred platform, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
