What is Harmony?

Harmony is a conversation intelligence platform and AI workspace assistant. It records, transcribes, and analyzes meetings and calls, then connects the results to your CRM, calendar, tasks, contacts, teams, and Companion.

Why teams use Harmony

Important customer information is often spoken in meetings but never makes it into the right system. Follow-ups get missed, CRM records go stale, managers cannot review every call, and product feedback is hard to find later.

Harmony turns those conversations into structured, searchable, actionable data. You can review what happened in one meeting, analyze trends across many conversations, and ask Companion to help act on what was said.

The two main product areas

Meetings Intelligence

Meetings Intelligence is the recording and analysis layer. Harmony can capture conversations through the Companion Bot, desktop recording, uploads, pasted transcripts, telephony integrations, and calendar-driven auto-join when enabled.

After capture, Harmony can produce:

  • Speaker-labeled transcripts.
  • AI summaries and action items.
  • Configurable insights for your projects.
  • Scorecards and performance data.
  • Goals and outcomes tied to conversations.
  • Searchable meeting history across your workspace.

Companion

Companion is Harmony’s AI assistant. It can answer questions about your meetings and workspace data, draft follow-up emails, create tasks, search the web, use connected integrations, and run skills or agents when available.

Companion works with the data and tools you have permission to access. It does not bypass workspace roles or team-level access rules.

Where Harmony runs

  • Web app: The main workspace interface.
  • Desktop app: Local recording, screen and audio capture, and floating Companion on macOS and Windows.
  • Companion Bot: Joins supported Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Marketplace: Connect integrations, install apps, and browse available models.
  • Public API and webhooks: Programmatic access for custom workflows and real-time events.

Who uses Harmony?

Sales teams use Harmony to review calls, track objections, update CRM context, and coach reps.

Customer success and support teams use Harmony to understand account health, support quality, customer promises, and recurring issues.

Product teams use Harmony to find feedback patterns, feature requests, and customer quotes.

Leaders and managers use Harmony to understand what is happening across teams without listening to every recording.

When should I use Harmony?

Use Harmony when you need answers like:

  • What did we promise this customer last week?
  • Which objections came up most often this quarter?
  • What feature requests did enterprise customers mention?
  • Which calls need manager review?
  • What follow-ups should we send after this meeting?
  • Which conversations mention a competitor?

Open Companion or search Meetings to find the exact conversations, quotes, and patterns behind the answer.
