Manage your profile
Update your personal information, profile imagery, and the language used by the Harmony interface.
To open this tab, click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar → User preferences → Profile. Profile settings are stored on your user account and are shared across all your workspaces.
Profile imagery
Profile imagery shows up next to your name throughout Harmony — in transcripts, mentions, and the people directory.
- Profile picture — upload a square photo or avatar (used wherever your name appears).
- Profile background — upload a banner image for your public profile page. Click View Public Profile to preview how others see you.
- Focus Mode image — upload an image used as the background for Focus Mode (the distraction-free meeting view). If you don't upload one, Harmony uses the default brand background.
Account details
- Name — how you appear in transcripts, mentions, and the people directory.
- Email — the address used for sign-in, notifications, and Google sign-in linkage.
- Language — the locale used for the Harmony interface. This is saved on your user account, so it follows you across devices and browsers.
Changing the interface language here does not change the language Harmony transcribes meetings in. Transcription language follows your meeting / project configuration, not your interface preference.
Change password
Password changes happen on the Security tab, not on Profile. Open User preferences → Security to:
- Send yourself a password-reset email.
- Set up or disable two-factor authentication.
- Change your password directly (only available for accounts that sign in with a Harmony password — accounts that sign in via Google don't see this option).
For a walk-through of the security tab options, see the Security tab in User preferences.
Delete your Harmony account
Profile also exposes a Delete account dialog at the bottom of the page. The full Delete Account flow is also reachable from Workspace Settings → Danger Zone. Either path deactivates your user account; an admin can re-invite you to restore access.
If you're the sole admin of a workspace, deletion is blocked until another admin is appointed. Workspace data (meetings, insights, integrations) is not deleted by deleting your user account — that is a separate workspace-level action.
