Subscription Plans

Harmony is sold as two separate product lines: Meetings and Intelligence. A workspace can subscribe to either one or to both, and each subscription is billed separately.

The plan, tier, seat count, price, billing frequency, trial status, and renewal date for your workspace are shown in Workspace Settings > Billing > Subscription. If public pricing or this article differs from what the app shows, use the app as the source of truth for your workspace.

Meetings plans

Meetings plans cover meeting recording, transcription, conversation intelligence, summaries, action items, and workspace analysis features.

Plans are priced per seat. The public plan names are Solo, Plus, and Max.

Typical Meetings plan differences include:

  • Monthly meeting caps.
  • Transcription level.
  • Meeting summaries.
  • AI-powered insights.
  • Recording storage.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Support level.
  • Custom integrations or advanced security on higher tiers.

Intelligence plans

Intelligence, also called Companion, is Harmony’s AI assistant product line.

Intelligence plans are also priced per seat and are independent from Meetings seats. They cover Companion capabilities such as:

  • Everyday AI assistant tasks.
  • Access to connectors and integration tools.
  • Model access controlled by workspace settings.
  • Skills.
  • Deep research and other advanced AI capabilities when included by plan.
  • Priority access or support on higher tiers.

Enterprise

Enterprise is custom-priced and contract-specific. It is intended for organizations that need requirements such as:

  • SSO and SAML.
  • SCIM provisioning.
  • Data residency commitments.
  • Dedicated support and SLA terms.
  • Custom integrations.

Do not assume self-hosting, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or region-specific commitments unless they are confirmed in the customer’s contract or current security documentation.

Trials

Newly provisioned workspaces receive a Stripe-backed trial subscription attached to the workspace.

The backend-created workspace trial is currently configured as 30 days. Some public marketing copy may still mention a different trial length. The authoritative trial end date is always the date shown in:

  • Workspace Settings > Billing > Subscription.
  • Workspace Settings > Billing > Seats.

A payment method is not required to start the trial. If no payment method is available at the end of the trial, Stripe may pause the subscription. If you need to add a payment method and do not see a self-serve button, contact support for the secure Stripe-backed path.

Annual billing

Harmony supports monthly and yearly billing frequencies for standard plans. Some Enterprise contracts may use custom billing terms.

Annual billing is available at a discount versus monthly, but switching to annual billing is not currently a completed self-serve flow in the app. Contact sales or support to switch billing frequency.

Changing plans

The billing backend supports plan changes, but the current customer-facing Change Plan button is not a completed in-app flow.

To upgrade, downgrade, switch billing frequency, cancel, or reactivate a subscription, contact support or your account team. Stripe handles the financial side of plan changes, including proration, credits, invoices, and renewal timing.

Seat changes are different: users with billing permissions can manage purchased seats from Workspace Settings > Billing > Seats.

Usage limits

Plan usage is tracked per subscription and per billing period. Meetings plans can include limits such as processed meetings, insights, and transcription hours.

If a workspace hits a meeting or processing limit, additional recordings may still be created, but processing such as transcription or AI analysis can be blocked until the next billing period or until the plan or seat count changes.

Frequently asked questions

Is pricing per seat or per workspace?

Pricing is per seat. A workspace’s subscription total is based on the number of purchased seats and the active tier.

Can I use both Meetings and Intelligence?

Yes. They are independent subscriptions and can have separate seat counts, invoices, and usage.

Can I add or remove seats myself?

Yes, if you have billing permissions. Go to Workspace Settings > Billing > Seats.

Can I cancel in the app?

The cancellation backend exists, but the current app does not expose a completed self-serve cancellation button. Contact support to cancel or reactivate a subscription.

Who can manage billing?

Billing visibility and changes are controlled by billing permissions such as billing:read:all, billing:update:all, billing:create:all, and billing:delete:all.
