Intelligence Plans
Intelligence plans give you access to meeting recording, transcription, AI-powered summaries, and insights.
Solo is designed for individuals and costs $29/month. It includes up to 50 meetings per month, each up to 1 hour long, with 30 days of storage. You get basic integrations, limited custom insights, and email support.
Plus is our most popular plan for growing teams, priced at $79/month. It supports up to 5 users and allows up to 200 meetings per month, each up to 4 hours long, with 90 days of storage. You'll have access to all integrations, full custom insights, dashboards, team management, API access, 90 days of audit logs, and priority support.
Max is built for larger teams who need room to scale, at $199/month. It covers up to 25 users with unlimited meetings, unlimited duration (very long meetings may auto-split into segments), and unlimited storage. You get everything in Plus along with a full year of audit logs and 24/7 support.
Companion Plans
Companion plans give you access to Harmony's AI assistant for meeting queries and real-time support.
Solo costs $19/month and includes a limited number of queries per month using a standard AI model. You get basic custom instructions, but voice features and memory are not included.
Plus is the most popular Companion plan at $59/month. It offers a high volume of queries, access to four premium AI models, voice features, memory, and advanced custom instructions.
Max at $149/month gives you unlimited queries, access to all AI models, voice features, memory, and full custom instruction capabilities.
Enterprise
For large organizations with 50 or more users, Harmony offers custom Enterprise solutions. These include custom pricing, unlimited users, self-hosted deployment options, custom integrations, dedicated support with SLA guarantees, SSO/SAML authentication, advanced security features, and HIPAA compliance.

Free Trial
Harmony offers a 14-day free trial with full access to the Plus plan features. You don't need a credit card to get started — just sign up at heyharmony.com and choose "Start Free Trial."
If you decide to subscribe before the trial ends, all your data carries over seamlessly.
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
With annual billing, you save the equivalent of two months (a 17% discount). You commit to 12 months and can pay upfront or quarterly.
Monthly billing gives you full flexibility to cancel anytime, though you'll pay the standard monthly rate.
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading is straightforward. Head to Billing then Subscription, select your new plan, and confirm. You'll get immediate access to the new features, and billing is prorated so you only pay for the remainder of your current cycle.
Downgrading works a little differently. When you select a lower plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle so you can continue using your current features until then. It's a good idea to review what features you'll lose before confirming.
If you're switching from annual to monthly billing, the change happens at your next renewal. Going from monthly to annual takes effect immediately, and you'll receive a prorated credit for what you've already paid in the current cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my meeting limit? You'll receive a notification, and additional meetings won't be recorded until your next billing cycle. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to continue recording right away.
Can I change plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free plan? There isn't a free plan at the moment, but the 14-day free trial gives you full access to try everything out before committing.
